« I had a very pleasant stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to downtown. The host was responsive and available whenever I had a question. Just something to note — it’s a basement unit, and you can occasionally hear some noise from upstairs, especially in the evenings, but it didn’t impact my overall experience. I’d definitely recommend it! »

« We were pleasantly surprised about how rooming and comfortable the house was. Everything was very clean and well decorated. The A/C was welcomed during our hot visit and enjoyed upon return from each day's activity. Nice full-sized refrig with cold water & ice dispenser in the door. « Our family was quite comfortable in this Modern Denver Getaway. Our main reason for our trip to Colorado was to see a concert at Red Rocks. Eric Church did not disappoint, and neither did this house! It is in close proximity to the amphitheatre - only about a 20 minute drive. While in Denver, we also ventured to the towns of Aurora, Golden, Colorado Springs and Boulder.
