Enjoy the huge playground, soccer and baseball fields, tennis courts. The park, less than two blocks away, has a beautiful pond and fountains, barbeque pits and picnic tables and pet area. Walk just a little further to Safeway, Office Depot, Sprout Farmer's Market, Pet Depot, Wells Fargo, Starbucks, Trader Joe's, and Twenty-Four Hour Nautilus. The possibilities are endless!

Sunnyvale is in the heart of Silicon Valley, near the southern end of San Francisco Bay, between Palo Alto and San Jose. The area is a gateway to many world-renowned technology companies such as Yahoo!, Intel, Apple, Google, HP, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Cisco, Facebook, Palo Alto Networks. The house is relatively close to major event centers such as Levi’s Stadium, the San Jose Shark Tank- SAP Center, and the new Home of the Earthquakes - Avaya Stadium. The San Jose International Airport (SJC)is a twenty-five-minute drive from the house. Highways 680, 880 and 280, 101, and 85 make access to many iconic and historic areas convenient. The beaches of Santa Cruz are within an hour's drive.

COLLEGE, GRADUATIONS & WEDDINGS: Santa Clara University, San Jose State, Stanford, and the area’s best wedding venues are all very nearby including Mission Santa Clara de Assis, Villa Montalvo, Los Gatos, and The Mountain Winery.
