'Loved that the property was surrounded by redwoods and close to so many things like : Santa Cruz boardwalk , Henry cowells redwood park , highland park swimming hole , Capitola , roaring camp railroad and just being surrounded in the redwoods in general. '

'We stayed at this house with three adults and two children. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone, the house was clean and the community was very nice. There’s a large shopping center with restaurants and a grocery store within a two minute drive from the house. There is also a community pool that was easy to access. Garage parking is included with the rental which was great. Communication with the owner was very easy also. If we come back to the area, I would definitely book this house...

'This was the perfect place for us to rent for what we went to San Jose for. Quick car ride to all 3 of the event. 3 minute walk away there is a safeway, mcdonalds and walgreens. If we come back to San Jose, we will be staying at this place again.Owner was geeat to deal with and we had everything we needed for our stay.'
