Cottages in Sundance

'It is a great setup for a mid size group. We had 6 people and had plenty of room. Centrally located in the Northern Hills, lots to do close by. Very peaceful setting, neighbors were extremely quiet, (backs up to cemetery) and lots of parking for trailers.'

'1. Location is good, Cabin looks great, like the loft with bedroom/bath setup upstairs. 2. Not happy with no wifi (checked back on my booking and it was never declared they do not have it). There is one cable TV in main living room but none upstairs (kids with no wifi or tele. do not stay upstairs.,but not a total deal breaker, I just think this should be declared when booking). 3. 'What an adorable property! We arrived late evening but check in was a breeze and I couldn’t stop carrying on about how cute this small space was. Great for singles or couples. A short walk to Black Hills State University where we watched our boys run track. My favorite thing about Spearfish has got to be the rec walking paths.
