'In my 58 years on Earth, at least 20 of those staying in lodging facilities around the world in countries as poor as Cambodia, I have NEVER experienced such awful treatment! I have since filed a small claims case against this facility. The actions/temperament of front desk clerk, Ricarda, were so egregious, the police had to get involved. Before my personal interaction, I witnessed 2 other guest incidents with her. She was so combative/antagonizing, 1 of the guests actually cursed her out,...

'The property was clean'

'Room was clean. The bathtub appeared to be newer, but there wasn't a rubber mat, nor anything stuck to the bottom of the tub to keep people from slipping, sliding and falling. I fell once while trying to bend over to get the soap for washing and then again while I was hanging onto the handicap bar and trying to turn around to get rinsed off. We put a towel on the tub floor to keep from slipping. I informed the front desk when I checked out.'

'We wound up not staying. The first room was in a construction site, dust everywhere, guys working with a grinder. Going to the second room was like going to a prison cell. We didn’t feel safe. It was too weird for us.'
