'Personeel is super! zeer vriendelijk en gedienstig. We hadden een superior kamer, mooie grote badkamer, met apart bad en douche. Minibar was gratis: bier, sinaasappelsap, rivella, water en coca cola. Elke dag aangevuld. bedcomfort vonden we niet zo goed. Turndown service elke dag: super! spijtig dat er geen nespressomachine en waterkoker voor thee op de kamer aanwezig zijn, en ook geen strijkijzer.'

'Amazing hotel for skiing in Zermatt. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and with lots of options. The hotel is close to the train station as well as the Gornergrat train. The best part of the hotel is the spa area with sauna, steamroom, onsen, pools etc. Just perfect for relaxing after skiing!'
