'I recently stayed at VISION APARTMENTS Basel and overall had a comfortable visit. The space itself was clean and well-presented, and the location made it easy to get around the city. There were a few areas where the experience could be improved. Communication with customer service was a bit slow at times—especially when we were trying to arrange luggage storage prior to check-in, which took longer than expected to coordinate. Additionally, the TV did not appear to have access to local or news...

'despite it is a new apartments, it is not so clean (stains on pillows and sheets), shared toilet not clean too. too much noise because of aircraft. on the description, it is said that there is a free parking accessible, but when i arrived the owner told me it is full and i should find a place to park outside (all the area a blue zone, you should leave before 8 at morning!!)'

'Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Es gab eine große Frühstücksauswahl und der outdoor Pool ist der Hammer. Man läuft um die 5 min zur Gornergratbahn, was mit Skiern in der Hand echt voll in Ordnung ist. Das einzige, was nicht so schön war, war der Eingang zum Zimmer da man erst in den „Keller“ musste. Ansonsten würden wir immer gerne wiederkommen '

'Spider webs in the bedroom... Mix and match items in the kitchen cabinets. Missing items don't seem to get replaced. 5 fancy kitchen knives but no cutting board. A salad strainer but not a single bowl, etc. Damaged furniture (living room table). '

'Wir sind extra um 15 Uhr angereist um das Appartement zu beziehen, da wir die Koffer nicht im Auto lassen wollten und das parken nutzen wollten. Leider konnten wir nach mehrmaligen Versuchen nicht einchecken. Es gab drei verschiedene Notfall Telefonnummer, die alle nicht erreichbar waren! Wir haben dann mit Expedia telefoniert um Hilfe zu erhalten. Das erste Zimmer konnten wir erst gegen nach 16 Uhr einchecken. Das zweite hat dann wieder nicht geklappt! So das ich erneut mit Expedia chatten...

'The location to the train station was a nice walk, but not too difficult or uncomfortable; yet the option of taking a cab was also convenient. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, modern, centrally-located, in a gorgeous old neighborhood. Amenities within the apartment included everything you could need. 'Het een-kamer-appartement was groot genoeg voor 2 personen. Alles wat je verwacht in een appartement was er! De bedden waren goed! De loopafstand naar het hoofdstation (HB) was maar 25 minuten!'
