The steep stairs to the attic lack a handrail and the older members of our family didn't feel comfortable going up there. I was nervous about our 2 kids going up and down those stairs as well. « The cabin has a nice well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds with nice towels and blankets. However, the heating unit downstairs needs repair which was not great as it got really cold the last night of our stay. The fire pit is lovely but the chairs need replacing because they are mostly cracked from the sun and one broke at the back. We communicated with the owner about dead batteries and missing remotes but there was no followup. »

« Very unique design…host was responsive we had trouble with the tv host sent someone to assist. Overall I was disappointed in the experience. My parents then suffered an emergency with their dog and Kristin was extremely accommodating... going way above and beyond! I cannot praise Kristin enough! I would recommend this VRBO to everyone! »
