'Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of a vibrant nightlife neighborhood in Pittsburgh. The staff were very attentive and very helpful, from the valet parking attendant to the restaurant's staff. Everyone made sure you felt listen to and taken care of. The Hotel itself was beautiful, recently renovated, with an artsy feel. We dined in the hotel's restaurant on the rooftop, and the views of all of Pittsburgh were just breathtaking. All in all a very relaxed and pleasant stay in a top notch...

'It was very clean the front desk was extremely friendly the showers were excellent my only complaint would be cook the eggs more and have regular sausage or bacon'

'The location is very convenient to many attractions. I was disappointed in the housekeeping policy. I came to find out that the amenity “extended stay” is more of a penalty if you stay less than one full week….housekeeping only visits the room every third day. Oh, they will provide the clean towels, etc if you ask…but I shouldn’t have to ask….it needs to be a daily service.'
