'Amazing hotel: feels brand new. Nice porch with rocking chairs in front of the hotel where you can sit with your drinks. Very laidback.
Room was very clean and again felt very new.
Parking was very easy.
Reception staff was all right, but felt a bit distant (at several occasions). '

'Horrible “hotel”. We checked in, our keys wouldn’t work, as I walked back to the front desk to attempt to talk to the manager on duty I walked by the laundry room door that was propped open and saw how disgustingly filthy the laundry room was and we left. No one ever came back to the front desk to help me after I stood there for 10 minutes. These reviews on here praising this “hotel” are absolutely false. The entire lobby smelt like old urine. '

'We stayed overnight before our flight and parked at the hotel for the duration of our trip. When we came home, we called for the hotel shuttle as instructed. We were told the shuttle would leave the hotel at 7:30 and pick us up at 7:37. We were in place waiting for him by 7:25. At 7:45 I called the hotel and was told we'd missed him and he'd be back at 8:11. There's no way we missed him -- he just didn't come. Person at the front desk was no help. 'Overall, I had a great stay. I was there for the Bearcats tournament. My first time staying and the aesthetics were lovely. The room was clean. The staff was helpful and extremely polite. The breakfast area view was relaxing. I enjoyed a drink and dinner at the bar also. The only negative was a small amount of mold on the shower curtain. I would definitely stay again!'
