« Front Desk Staff was super friendly and greeted us every time we walked thru the door. They were quick to solve the only issue we had. Which was only one bath towel for a room occupancy of 4 people. We all used one towel the first night, but the next morning the front desk gave us 3 more and apologized for the inconvenience. « Nice small boutique hotel with a old world style and furnishings. My room was small, but well appointed. Only wish the shower was nicer. Well located in the historic Over-The-Rhine neighborhood. »

« We had a wonderful stay here. The property was beautiful and the suite we had was absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and so well prepared. Definitely staying here again. »

« Love this hotel! Beautiful and fantastic location. Great staff. Rooms are spacious and fresh. Luxury finishes. My only suggestion is to have food service stay open later - and roof top deck was only open 5pm-10pm, when restaurant was open. With that lovely view, I’d like to access it for times outside the restaurant hours while staying there. »
