'The room was nicely laid out, & very clean. The staff, Kaela, Mikayla, and Han was very professional, and courteous. They explain in detail everything I needed to know in regards to the hotel such as the breakfast bar and the valet parking service. Definitely a 4/5 STAR hotel.'

'When you stay at a boutique hotel there are different expectations a guest must have. The Symphony Hotel offers a comfortable bed, but a close living space. The room is furnished in an antique motif, with a mini-fridge, a Firestick TV, and that's nice but you really can't move freely in a room that compact (one chair, no desk). 'I loved my stay at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Cincinnati. The location was perfect—it was an easy and convenient walk to the stadium for the Cincinnati Music Festival. 'This was our second stay at this SpringHill Suites. Everything was very clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was excellent for most of my family, but gluten free options were lacking. (I have celiac disease, and was able only to eat yogurt for breakfast) so some prepackaged gluten free items like muffins would be nice additions.'
