« Host was very responsive to any question we had and more than accommodating. As for the house itself nice location super clean comfy beds and couch basically new inside including appliances floors etc. little old style enamel sinks and decor. Would recommend to anyone wanting a great place to stay. »

« This is a beautiful property with great views. Conveniently located to visit Cincinnati but not stay in the city. There was only one disappointment that a lot of people coming and going. Not private . »

« We came up to Dayton for a family reunion and we normally stay at hotel. We decided to try a house this year and we are so glad we found this place. It was perfect for our family. The house was so pretty and beautifully decorated inside. It was very clean and they had everything we possibly could have needed and more. Our family drinks a lot of water and I was thinking we were going to have to go out a buy bottle water but they had a 5 gallon water that was available and some cold bottled water....

« We loved the house and the property. The only thing that was slightly annoying was the music and motorcycles from the nearby bar on Friday and Saturday nights. But we could still tune it out and sleep easily enough. »

« What a great historic "cottage"! We loved our one night stay. Wish it could have been longer. Very quiet and peaceful out in the country. Very clean and cute! Whenever, we have occasion to visit our friends near West Milton, we will definitely stay here at The Red Pump! »

« Our teenaged grandchildren were wowed and asked us how we found such a fabulous place! The bedrooms had character. One had a whirlpool tub. The beautiful and impressive main staircase banisters were imported from England, but the grandchildren were equally intrigued by the back staircases the servants had used.The grounds were nice as well. You felt the history. There was a farm implement from the 1800s that had a bush growing around it, intertwining it. »
