'Beautiful new building'

'Comfortable night of sleep, room seemed very clean and well kept. When I came down for breakfast, 30 minutes after it opened, every trash bin was full, so clearly was not emptied the day before. Not much selection on food, scrambled eggs were actually cold, like they had been put in the fridge over night and set back out, without warming.'

'It was so clean and everything and the staff were so useful'

'Well it’s very outdated, carpet was gross, bathroom door was hard to close, had to slam it to get it shut. Pool was nice but there were so many children unaccompanied by parents, our children couldn’t swim more than a foot due to the other children jumping into the pool almost on top of them.
