« When we arrived, the unit we had reserved had not been cleaned. We called the offsite (no onsite personnel) number. The person tried putting us in the unit next door. It also hadn't been cleaned. He then tried a third unit which had been cleaned. We chose to stay there. We were comped a dinner at the onsite steakhouse for the hassle. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful, but having no onsite personnel is an issue. It is a very remote area so getting help is probably an issue. »

We loved watching the wild life and although we were busy while there, we took the time to relax and enjoy the home. It was beautifully appointed and tastefully done.
