'I was pleasantly surprised at the authenticity of the building and decor of the 18th century era. The owner puts great effort into making it an enjoyable experience. As a history fan this place surpassed my expectations. The breakfast was wonderful too!'

'The staff met us on arrival with a very friendly welcome. Took us on a tour of the AB&B and what to expect the Breakfast and code for the front door. They posted the breakfast menu and asked if we need anything special. Coffee, Tea and Snacks were avalable 24/7. The rooms were clean and the staff made up the room and fresh towels everyday. They had information about tours, restaurants and beaches to go to. They were available for any of our needs! I would highly recommend The Inn at Yarmouth...

'Very well appointed guest house with a comfortable bed and pleasant rooms, nicely designed and detailed. The breakfast room is separate and nice to spend time in. There is also an outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Ample breakfast was served and there is a selection of magazines and daily newspapers for perusal. I’ve stayed in many establishments in Ptown through the years and this is one of my favorites.'

'My Wife and I were kept up all night and they gave us a room underneath the stairs. The gentleman above us was up and down all night from 10pm-3am. It was a horrible evening. Had to go downstairs at 3:15am to request a different room.'

'Very interesting place. The location was exceptional with Nauset Beach within walking distance along with Pricilla Landing. Room was nice, however, a dormer took up half of it which made that part of the room unusable except for a TV. I did not have my own bathroom, bath towels were not replaced and it also wasn’t cleaned. I did receive one set of towels if I put used ones out.
