Pensions in Zuidoost Cornwall

'The room was utilitarian, at best, and cold. Staff were unable to get the heat turned on. After 2 days of requests a space heater was finally provided.'

'Quiet location yet within walking distance of downtown. Well-equipped room and excellent breakfast.'

'Very comfortable bed, nice big window, decent sized room with good facilities. The owner was very happy to help with fresh milk delivered and good suggestions for local food places.'

'The property doesn't have its own parking. There is free parking available on the street parallel to the entrance but this wasn't clear from the description. I appreciated the keyless nature of the accommodation. The gate lock can be a bit tricky to open. The room was clean and the bathroom was fantastic. They provide some food in the small lounge but I couldn't see anything gluten free.'

'We stayed for two nights for a wedding in the area and couldn't have picked a better place. Nestled in a lovely, peaceful part of Devon, the B&B was very comfortable. What truly stood out was the hospitality: our hosts were amazingly friendly and full of engaging stories and helpful local insights. Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious both mornings. An ideal pied-à-terre for a Devon getaway—thank you so much!'

'Firs Guesthouse is eenvoudig, maar afgezien van het ontbijt (English breakfast bestaat uit melige worstjes en snoteieren en wordt alleen geserveerd tussen 8-9 uur, weekend 9-10 uur) niets te klagen! Prima ligging, fijne douche en goede bedden.'
