Copthorne Hotel Plymouth
Bathrooms badly need upgrading. Caulk between some of the tiles need cleaning. Edge of bathroom door has chipped paint. Old style heaters do not work. Staff were excellent and brought up a space heater for the room. Sorry - cannot understand the questions that are only in Francais

Fabulous communication from Mark from start to end. He informed us about everything about the house and including the best of the local area. Lots of information in the house too. The house.. wonderful. The pictures do not give it justice and it was like a home from home with everything we needed. ...
