'We have stayed there many times. The breakfast was great. We had a reservation for the luxury room and was given the standard room. Total surprise to us that we did not get what we reserved. We were so tired that we didn’t go back down to talk to them. Tried to talk to them in the morning but no one was at the front desk. If they would have just told us that there they were overbooked, we would have understood. We will be back. It is a great hotel. '

'Lady at the desk on was dismissive and rude when we booked 2 nights separately our keys from first night didn’t work when we returned. Went to the front desk and we explained that the cards didn’t work and she made us new ones ( interrupting her..) and then we asked had our stuff been removed …he shrugged us off… wow!! Then needed a fork later that night and its was as if we were interrupting her and her UV nail light… LOVED the GENTLEMAN the night before he was great!'

'The common areas were very clean. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They were ALL very friendly and nice.'

'Not sure why this place has such a high rating. Besides the front desk lady being really this place fell very short on expectations. The wifi was very bad and spotty, so forget trying to do any work here. The cell signal at this place is horrible. The rooms and the hotel overall appearance needs a whole new facelift. Last but not least the breakfest was horrible. The only thing that was good was the apple and orange juice. I will not be coming back here. '
