« Very nice house it does have a damp smell, but after one good home-cooked meal inside the smell was gone. Great space for the kids to sleep comfortable very nice. Neighbourhood, and the street parking was very convenient by we having a spot in front of the house. very nice neighbors overall great host. I will recommend booking this again. Next time I visit and for any anyone else I know great price. »

« My family stayed here for the wrrk of the SEC baseball tournament and it was perfect with a 5 and 2 year old. Enough space for us and my FIL. Everything was clean, comfortable and all the basics of a home were provided. Would stay here again if we are ever in the area again. »

« Very disappointed. The area was very run down and we were uncomfortable about the area. All surrounding houses were unkept and deteriorating. Inside of property was ok. But very old. Creaky floors so bad and scratchy furniture uncomfortable to sit on especially down stairs. Didn’t feel clean. The floor vent in hall was caked with dust. « Host was amazing. Great location for our baseball trip. Close to restaurants and comfortable. The beds were great and had essentials for a week. House had a little wear and tear, but we were comfortable, felt safe and had a great stay. »
