Villa's in South Jersey

'I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. '

'Mike was in touch and helpful from first to last. He was outside when we arrived so we were greeted warmly and shown exactly where to access the private external entrance. The entire space was well taken care of and larger than the photos showed with lots of daylight, providing an extra level of comfort we did not anticipate. It's the type of place you could just hang out in for a few days if all you wanted to do is read, relax, spend time together, work remotely or enjoy the yard. The location...

'We could not watch the TV s as we could not connect to the internet. We tried several times to contact the owner and they did not respond or correct the problem. We could not check in until 4:00 and we saw that there was earlier check in times at the same location. There were no paper towels, tissues, trash bags, hair dryer. There was no heat. The location was good. It was close to the boardwalk and Beach. It had convenient off street parking. '
