'Good hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Looked like hotel was understaffed, which seemed to create some stress with some of the staff. Not that they were not friendly, but sometimes they seemed distracted.'

'Overall, I had a good experience. I’ve stayed at a Residence Inn before but this was my first time at the Bishop’s Gate location. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The breakfast was good with great options. My room was clean. The pool seemed like it needed to be cleaned and/or treated but other than that, no complaints about this hotel.'
