'Mooi hotel op goede locatie. Goed ontbijt'

'This was our second stay in the past two months and once again all the staff were very helpful and considerate. A special mention for Mariela who once again was very personable and professional in helping us, given one of us had a temporary mobility issue to deal with. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.'

'Anniversary Stay at Bannisters Port Stephens We stayed at Bannisters to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The welcome was warm, and our Luxury Suite was clean and comfortable. However, we had hoped for a special gesture, such as champagne or flowers, to mark the occasion. Dining at Julio’s and Rick Stein was delicious but expensive, with disappointingly slow service. We appreciated Rick Stein’s thoughtful acknowledgement of our anniversary at the end of our meal. For a luxury resort,...

'Convenient location with walking distance to train station and Club Macquarie just next door. Spacious rooms and king size beds suit family bookings.'

'I love here. I will come back next time.'

'Our room was compact but was clean, well maintained and had everything one needs for a short stay. The fridge, toilet, shower and extractor fan in the bathroom, as well as the air-conditioner in the room all worked well. The mattress was comfortable. The staff allowed us an earlier check in. There's a pizzeria close by that does brekky and opens every morning at 7am. A nice stay in a pretty place.'

'Room was comfortable. Had everything you would need. No room service/cleaning on weekends.'

'Clean and tidy, comfortable accommodation, a bit dated but still a good accommodation.'

'The staff went above and beyond to help during my stay. The cabin was lovely with all the necessary amenities to make the trip comfortable and easy.'

'Clean motel, close to everything, friendly staff.'

'We found the 2 bedroom villa to be very well laid out with 2 ensuite bathrooms. I also found the staff to be extremely understanding about a booking mix up that I had. Very pleasant location near the marina and handy to the cafes next to the water.'

'I’ve had two stays here over the last two weeks. On both occasions, for the most part everything was great. My only disappointment, was has greasy/slippery the bathroom floor was in room 5, and the amount of dirt at the bottom of the shower floor in room 6. The toilet also need a good clean. That aside, I was very happy with my stay. Good parking, lovely room, coffee van right outside, great location, friendly staff.'
