'Staff were amazing. John was super friendly and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Great value for money we stayed in the Family room which was roomy clean with a nice bathroom. Easy access to airport and John let us leave the car at the motel while we travel to Bali, saving expensive airport parking fees. One of his staff even dropped us at the airport. Highly recommend for short stay if flying out of Newcastle Airport. '

'I travel to Newcastle regularly for work and have stayed in most of the premium hotels in the CBD area, and can say with confidence that this is my favourite one - particularly for business travellers like myself. The rooms are small but don't feel in any way cramped, and have all necessary modern amenities. My favourite areas of the hotel however are the large and fully stocked gym, and the library/working area on Level 2 where there is plenty of space to set up your own private work station...

The rooms are extremely well maintained and serviced. Was the second time in 2 weeks we’ve stayed there. The property is close to restaurants along the Harbourside. '

'The apartments are in a very central location, with lots of eateries and shops at its doorsteps. It can get a bit noisy at night but will become quiet by 12 midnight.'

'Very disappointed with this hotel. TV did not work. Tablet rebooted every time placed in docking station despite being powered down. Light & fan in bathroom on auto for 5 minutes even if just walking past & not entering. Very frustrating in middle of night. Needs soundproofing. Despite being on 6th floor we could hear lots of street noise. Very disturbed night. Bar closed at 9pm just as theatre finished. Would not stay again.'

'Lovely welcoming staff even though we were clearly well above the age of their average guest. We had been prewarned that it may be noisy as the hotel is in the middle of the nightlife area and when we checked in they told us there was a big event with djs in the bar. Indeed our room was very noisy in the early evening but when we got back from dinner, at exactly 21.30, all of a sudden the music stopped and you could hear a pin drop it was so quiet. Very nicely arranged. Nice shower. Good...
