'We checked in slightly after 9pm, got our key with maybe less than five words from the front desk person who barely looked at me, didn’t even check ID. We got to our room for our family of three to find one single towel. Could not find the tv remote until we realized it was tucked in under the fitted sheets of one of the beds. Advertised as having a kitchenette but only has a mini fridge and dirty coffee maker. No bath mat so the whole bathroom was wet the whole stay. Restaurant was closed by...

'This was advertised as "rustic" but was actually beyond rough. Dirty and in disrepair. Unsafe and unsanitary. Missing smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector. Dust and grime built up in the vents and windowsills. Black mold on the walls and ceilings. Messaged with the host ahead of time and was mislead on the state of this accomodation. Found it was totally uninhabitable. Took photos and reported to VRBO and was fully refunded by the platform based on those pics alone. '

'The unit had everything that you needed. The view was outstanding. Our entire overnight stay was relaxing. Will definitely come back for a longer visit to enjoy with some better weather!'
