Stephen Washington Park

The hotel doesn’t felt hot and everything smelled of old and humid, we found a small roach in our room, the sheets looked stained and the towels were old and wasted.

The staff was amazing. We had to change rooms due to some cleaning issues, but they corrected it right away and did everything to assist us. There was still cosmetic repairs needed, that I believe were due to hurricane damage. But nothing terrible. I would have preferred the hot tub to be hotter as it seemed to be at the same temperature as the pool. But we never requested them to change it, because it wasn’t that big of an issue as there were some younger children that were in and out it and we assumed the temperature was lowered for them. But pretty great staff!
