I asked Holly in advance about the fireplace working as a previous comment by another renter stated it was not working. She assured me it was. A contractor was sent out to check it, and had to come back a second time to check the fuel tank. The fuel tank was empty. I asked about a refund based on this issue. I was given a very minimal amount, which was not applied....
