'The faucets in kitchen and one bathroom sprayed all over the place, there were no dish towels to wipe dishes , the dishes were dirty, spotted, there was an odor from the toilets as they didn’t really flush properly, no extra garbage bags, dusty. Very difficult to enter with keys, finally got in. Location was good, close to center, spacious. '

'This is a very small apartment in Les Chartrons. The location is great and check in was easy However, the apartment has some problems.. the front door shakes when anyone enters the building and insulation is poor so you hear every footstep or sound right into the living room kitchen. The bathroom is not well renovated.. the shower door doesn’t open fully so it hits the toilet seat and the air ventilator doesn’t ever turn off so you hear it making noise in the night. 'We loved the apartment with a beautiful view of the river and the cruise ships! The Sunday market is beyond spectacular and right out the front door. The beds were comfy and everything we needed was provided. It was very convenient to have a parking space (at a small additional charge) but be warned you must be driving a very small car to take advantage of this amenity. Would highly recommend a stay with Bérénice! '
