'Everything brand new, like walking into an IKEA showroom.. Howswell email digital code the day before arrival. Accessible area to Metro and walking distance to Gothic quarters for shops and restaurants.'

'The Apartment was Reality Food. The staff aranged 2 baby beds for our twins. The apartment has a really good kitchen. It has a 3 zone induction plate, a very big refrigerator, a coffee machine and a microwave oven. The beds were comfortable. The staff is really friendly and helps you with whatever is nessescary. Public transport is really good, since there is a metro station and train station. On the other side of the street there are rally lovely local terasses. The staff arranged a later check...

'Check-in is at a distant location but the personnel over there was very helpful. Thumbs up for Xavier who helped us out with the early check-in. Apartment is basically new, clean and very well organised. Located in very central and nice neighborhood. All in all great option, specially for couples and families.'

Limpio.'

'Great location close to metro and stayed in a lovely decorated room. Will return when I go back to Barcelona.'

'This apartment stole our hearts at first sight. Everything about it is perfect—every detail and amenity. The cleanliness is 100% impeccable. I own a cleaning company, so I know what I’m talking about! 😉 The terrace offers a million-dollar view, and there’s a bakery right downstairs. The city center is just a 10-minute taxi ride away. There is just one small point I’d like to mention: we couldn't figure out how to get into the apartment without a physical key (which isn't provided). The door is...

'WhatsApp communication helps, key collection and drop off (at room) is easy. Only concern is there is only one toilet shared by 3-4 rooms I guess, and toilet and bath is together, it's ok as it's a holiday spot, everyone is out and in at different time.'

'This property was so much worse than I could’ve imagined. The photos were taken many years ago and the property has experienced a number of years of hard living, including leaks, mould growth and overall general deterioration. No WiFi, no smart tv, broken sofa bed, and terrible state of disrepair. It was literally uninhabitable and we checked out early after discovering the source of the awful smell was mould in one of the windowless bedrooms. Good location though. '

'Estuvo muy limpio y tranquilo'
