'Groot appartement op loop afstand van metro, winkels en restaurants, in de wijk Gracia. Goed airco. redelijk nieuw maar met toch al behoorlijk wat gebruiks sporen. Hygiene kan beter. In de avonduren en tot diep in de nacht word het druk op straat met veel geluid van de locale bevolking. Als je van rust houd in de avonduren moet je hier niet naar toe. al met al toch een positieve ervaring. '

'Perfect location, staff was friendly and room was more than adequate for a short trip. Only downside was that the neighbors were sometimes noisy at night, but I can’t blame the owner for that. If you’re looking for an affordable accommodation in the beautiful center of Barcelona this is highly recommended. '

'We hadden het appartement op de eerste etage aan de voorkant van het gebouw. De appartementen bestaan uit een woonkamer, slaapkamer (gescheiden door een grote schuifdeur), badkamer en nog een ruime keuken. Deze laatste bestaat uit mooi Siemens apparatuur, een Nespresso, wasmachine en een vaatwasser. Het bed was erg goed. De airco en de WiFi waren prima! De badkamer was netjes en de douche was lekker. Alleen de douchebak was een beetje fragil en zat een scheur in; de kan wel wat netter.'

The oven heats the knobs. The blow dryer is melted and smells like burned hair. The chairs are covered in dirt stains. Walls are covered in stains. Toilet in main bathroom did not flush half time. The tab in the kitchen sink flew off when turned on the first time. No coffee maker. It was very disappointing...
