'Upon check in we were not provided any information on the hotel amenities. We did not know there was a restuarant, bar or spa. The next morning, room service delivered to the room next to us at 7:00 am and annouced they were at the door loudly waking us up. They then let the door slam shut when entering the room and leaving. 'Staff is friendly and the location is great. I have stayed multiple times within the past year. This time my AC wasn't working in my room nor did the TV work. It was too late at night to call maintenance. The morning manager was kind, but offered nothing than to have it fixed before my next visit. Not sure if I'll return.'

'Very disappointed with this hotel. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. The walls are paper thin — you can hear literally everything from your neighbors, so there’s constant noise. Rooms on the pool side also suffer from a loud whistling wind noise. There’s a space under the door so light and noise from hallway enters the room. 'Our room was clean but not the pull out trundle bed that goes under the couch. I had to notify staff and they came and changed the sheet but I was required still to make the trundle bed for my child. Staff were pleasant and pool was clean. Breakfast offered items for a child to eat like fruit loops. '

'My husband & I were pleasantly surprised with this friendly and helpful hotel. The staff was efficient and able to help with any questions we had. We arrived on the last day of Ironman, with bicycles taking precedence over people… it was all handled beautifully. We totally enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast menu, with a shoutout to Katie, who absolutely goes overboard to make sure everyone gets what they want! She is a gem!! Also, we spent time at the lobby bar after a day out… and Lindsey...
