« The hotel is very noisy Inside and out. You can hear the traffic, but also the elevator and the neighbors. No accessories in the bathroom: no cream, no cotton, etc. No usb c No bathrobe or slippers for the pool. Too bad for the price »

« This property is atrocious. It should be a Motel 6. It was filthy, there were homeless people fighting in the parking lot, someone was throwing bricks over the side at the parked cars. My grandson and I booked this hotel based of the the previous ratings. We were too scared to walk to our room. We left and booked a room at the Westin. »

« Room was outdated; no bed liner; refrigerator didn't work; the shower handle came off the wall; the fire alarm went off at 2:30am and had to get up and walk outside in cold weather. The cost for a nightly stay is not worth it. »

« We had a great experience. The rooms were nice and the staff provided quality customer service. The location of the hotel is convenient because you can walk to the restaurants, the aquarium, the riverfront, and other venues. »

« This hotel was amazing. The staff were very professional and friendly. Every time they saw us in the lobby they made sure they asked if we needed anything and how our stay was going. The hotel is absolutely stunning. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spotless. You can walk to nearby restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended! »

The staff member who checked us in appeared to be new and needed to get approval to allow us to check in about 30 minutes early, and they weren’t able to answer some basic parking questions. « This was the cleanest property I have stayed in, in a long time. I always travel travel with cleaning products and disinfectant. I did not feel that I had to clean very much. I didn’t even see dust in the windows. The staff that I encountered were all nice. We didn’t eat at the property, but were glad the option to do so was there. The location is great. They is plenty to do within walking distance. We could see the Aquarium from one of our windows. My only gripe was the parking. It is not...

« Very nice place - great welcome at arrival. A nice atmosphere and a "different" hotel !! »

« Room was clean, shower had a regular showerhead and a handheld, the button between them didn’t work so only the handheld would continuously spray. We prepaid for the breakfast and it was pretty basic, but they did have a beautiful fruit plate. The menu options for both breakfast and dinner were pretty limited (and no menus available online to review ahead of time). Overall not terrible, but for Marriott I think it was sub-par. »
