'Positive: beach was walking distance, publix next door, quiet not noisy neighbors, location A+ Negative: bedsheets not clean- hair and dirt from previous guests, headboard lose and when tossing or turning extremely noisy, hole in the bathroom wall, looks like unfinished or left during repair. Living room couch extremely old and uncomfortable.'

'It was small and could use a living room coffee table or a small dining table. The listing noted a laundry, but we did not find out in the building. Otherwise, it was good for us, and I can safely say that if we return again next March, we would seek it out again if available! Three stories up and no elevator, so if you are older or disabled you might think again!'

'We loved our stay! There was a cross walk in front of the place to the beach so we felt safe crossing with our little one. The umbrella came in handy. Communication with Deb, the property manager, was efficient. We will absolutely stay here again!'

'It was a nice apartment and was perfect for what we were looking for, but honestly a bit ridiculous that the hosts don’t provide basic things like toilet paper/dish soap... I received the message after it’s time for check-in that there was enough for the first day but after that we’re required to buy our own. I already have to wash the dishes and clean the house before leaving, at least provide the means to do so… Or make it clear on your page before booking that you won’t. Feels a bit like...

'Enjoyed it very much. Bonus there was a nice indoor/outdoor bar & grill right next door to enjoy. Laundry available in unit. Initially didn't seem to get exact check in info such as room # and key/code to get in but a call to VRBO resolved that relatively quickly (10-15mins). Only downside was from the balcony picture it looked out to very nice peaceful waterway; however what I don't remember in the pictures, was if you look the other way, it's a 4 lane hwy. Not able to enjoy the balcony...
