The host was extremely helpful in guiding us to an excellent stay in St. Louis. The apartment was newly renovated, clean, and well furnished for the 4 adults in our party. The bedrooms are spacious, with very comfortable matresses and bedding. Each bathroom is well stock for personal needs, and plenty of high quality towels. The kitchen is open for multiple chefs all working with new appliances. The private deck is a great retreat after touring St. Louis all day. The view of the Arch is extraordinary! This apartment is ideally located for travelers who wish to experience downtown St. Louis, including short walks to the Arch National Park and to Busch Stadium.Thank you to our host for your care in making this a great trip!

This place had everything we needed and a very nice patio with an arch view. It was clean, comfortable and the communication with the host was very responsive and helpful. It was close walking distances to all the downtown hot spots ie...arch, convention center/dome. The parking situation was okay. You either can park on the street and pay a meter or pay per day in the adjacent lot. Also, not a problem for us, but there are 2 different stairways to go up in the building to the place. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Beautiful condo with a great balcony and arch view. Very comfortable beds and clean. If you are going to an event at the Dome at America’s Center or Horseshoe casino, you cannot get closer! Was hard locating the building and getting parked. Probably not the best choice for people that have issues with stairs.

Great location. Super cute place. Very comfortable for our stay with our daughter, son in law and grandchildren. We were able to walk to the arch and to the ball field. There are 2 flights of stairs so take that into consideration if that would be an issue when booking. Parking was a little confusing but the owner was responsive to our question. Definitely would recommend

Our family enjoyed the whole vibe of the space and location! So close to all the things we wanted to see and do. The apartment was a clean and homey space to relax in after a long day of touring. Everything was above and beyond. It was a beautiful condo that overlooked the arch. An easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Although it’s not a downside for us, there were quite a few stairs to get to the condo and it may be difficult for some. We absolutely didn’t mind and would definitely choose to stay there again!

Rooms were tidy, kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, and it was super spacious! Not to mention the location was perfect! As a group of women staying alone in the city, we felt super safe. The area was quiet and we even had our own private balcony! I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

We loved our stay with our grown kids The apt was immaculate and the location was great we walked to the arch. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were so nice. Loved the tubs. The kitchen was perfect and the deck was such a fun place to hang out. We loved the den snd this was a perfect retreat for two couples to have their own space. Would stay again if ever back in St Louis. Owner was great responding to questions and arranged parking for our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, roomy and well appointed, and was within walking distance to the Horseshoe Casino, Gateway Arch National Park, and several restaurants and bars. The roof-top deck was a bonus -- we enjoyed eating our breakfast on the deck while looking at the Gateway Arch. The host was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The parking option next door to the building was awesome -- pedestrian exit was about 10 to 15 feet from the door to the building. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to St. Louis!

What a great place to stay and enjoy downtown St Louis with friends. The only thing I would make sure to understand is there are a lot of stairs. While not an issue for us, if you have a bum knee it would be a challenge. Having said that. We will be back as it is a great central place for us to meet friends for a quick getaway. Space is well done by a caring owner.

I cannot say enough good things about this rental and owner, Victor. He was so accommodating and helpful and the rental itselfIs amazing. The rooftop deck is a direct view of the arch and was a great place to hang out and chat. The rooms were set up very well and the place was stocked with anything you could need. The thought behind the decor, snacks, and overall vibe of the place was great! I would highly recommend this rental when visiting St Louis!

Fabulous girls weekend

My best friend and I visited with our preteen daughters. The apartment was beautiful and luxurious, yet cozy with comfortable beds, lots of extra blankets and all the “little extras” like kcups and snacks. Victor was a great host! Communication and hospitality were top notch. The deck is definitely the icing on the cake with a view of the arch on one side and the river on another. We enjoyed coffee on the deck both mornings! Just like with any big city, street noise is part of the experience, as is being aware of your surroundings. I appreciated the sound machine provided and the gated parking. We had a great weekend and enjoyed our stay very much!

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful brick interior. It’s a wonderful remodel! Walked to the Arch and casino. Close to Busch stadium too. Only inconvenience is parking (we parked at the casino). Also, we recommend that they mention there are two flights of stairs to climb to get to the apartment. That could be difficult for some. Overall, we loved the place and would stay again when in St. Louis!

Nearly Under The Arch!

We stayed here for two nights while we were in town for an event 25 minutes away. We could have stayed closer to the venue but this place was well within our budget and it was a straight shot on the highway. A really nice renovation was completed here and I was glad we found it. Easy parking, literally right next to the Arch, and super comfortable. The deck out the back door is ginormous and if it had been summertime, we would have been out there all the time! Victor was easy to reach and had the place completely stocked with everything you need. I would love to stay here again when it is warmer!
