Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We booked with this hotel in order to be close to the Polar Express Train Ride so we wouldn't have to drive or have to pay the Union Station Hotel prices. It's literally right across the street from the Polar Express and was about half the price of staying onsite (across the street). We were happy enough with those things but I said on the way home “I will absolutely leave a review” because our experience here was above and beyond what we expected. The building is spacious and beautiful, every staff member that we interacted with was genuinely kind, the entire building was clean from the room to the pool to the dining area (and constantly being cleaned throughout), but they also offered free breakfast AND dinner for their guests if you dine during their designated hours (which were perfect for our needed meal times). I loved this place and though we don't plan on doing the Polar Express more than once I'm more than tempted to find a reason to come back to St. Louis/Union Station again in all honesty just to stay here. Thank you for being everything we needed and more; this was like finding heaven after traveling for double the expected time in the Dec 1, 2025 snowstorm.
