There are a lot of stairs so mature and elderly people should be mindful when considering staying at the resort. The majority of the staff was unhelpful except Gabriel who was a front desk employee...

« Location, location, location! Excellent client service, clean and close to everything. Annie the driver is amazing 😊 »

« Towels and bed sheet were very dirty. Pots and plates and utensils for eating not convenient. Will not recommend this place overrated and pictures on the site are falsely represented. Very bad experience never again. Food was tasteless and too expensive for what it represents. »
