« We had a wonderful stay at the Whimsical Gatehouse! Austin and Robin greeted us warmly, and our private, beautifully appointed room overlooked a peaceful view. The bed was very comfortable and the room overall was perfect for us during our short stay. We loved relaxing in the rocking chairs with a glass of wine, and our dog Stella was welcomed too. « There are not enough good words to explain our stay. It is the most beautiful country house with amazing hospitality. It looks exactly like the pictures. Clean, beautiful and roomy. The drive in and the home are exquisite. You don’t even know you are staying in an apt at their home. Amy and Ryan were very responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely try to be back soon. And anyone reading this should definitely schedule around staying here if you can. You won’t be disappointed

« This was a cute and comfy place to stay. It is very clean, in a convenient area of town and works well if you are not in need of a place where you can make your own meals. The kitchenette is very basic, with just a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge but everything was set up nicely. It was quiet and enjoyable! »

« Outstanding accommodations for our needs. We were in the area from Minneapolis to visit our new great grandson. Travel distance to visit them, distance to restaurants and a couple times into Franklin all were very manageable. Being older we enjoyed starting and ending our days with coffee and books on the deck directly off the bedroom. We plan another visit in future and would appreciate using this property. Thanks »
