'Muy buen hotel'

'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff. Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'The room was ok,Great location. It was only 8 minute walk to the ballpark and right on the edge of the gaslamp quater. I did like the fact that it had a kitchenette with a large fridge and that made it convenient for drinks and snacks. It also had a small stove top but I could only imagine what the room would be like if someone fried food or made something smelly in the room. I thought it was kind of strange in that area. It was kind of noisy on the street outside, sounded like cars racing....

'I mean it's the OMNI! Everything was perfect here. The staff, the hotel, the room and view, the stay, the connecting bridge to the Petco Park. The valet was an easy drive up process and the bellhop/porter was extremely kind and helpful, emptied out our luggage from the vehicle. The check in process was simple and quick. The staff was so friendly to my dog and even provided him with a treat. Every time we came down, every staff member gave him compliments. The water bottles were free and provided...

'Excellent place to stay in downtown San Diego, it is very close to Petco Park and many restaurants and bars. The staff was helpful and courteous, the daily breakfast is great and the check in and check out process were painless.'

'The check in process was super straight forward informative and really easy. All the staff I interacted with were very nice. I had a balcony suite and it was a very spacious and clean room. Everything was well kept and very modern. Only 1 thing I had an issue with, which in all fairness has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel. In the immediate surrounding area outside the front doors there are a lot of homeless back in forth and no joke one was literally swinging an axe at a light pole. I'm...
