'I had a reservation for later in the month, when my plans changed. I made the mistake of not changing my reservation to one week later. So, I arrived about noon, unaware that I had no reservation that day. The staff worked with me to cancel the reservation the following week and actually found me a room for that day. I will always remember.'

'Wij hadden dit hotel geboekt als tussenstop om Point Mugu, de Santa Monica Mountains en stranden van CA te bezoeken. Het hotel is hiervoor perfect gelegen. Ontbijt was inbegrepen en niet zo super, maar de heer aan de receptie was super behulpzaam om ons wegwijs te maken in de streek. Prijs/kwaliteit een zeer goed hotel met zeer behulpzaam personeel.'

'VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH STAFF - our other trips were enjoyable- this one was deplorable. We arrived at 4:00pm on Friday evening. They put us in a room directly below the renovation of the 2nd floor. When the constant hammering began Saturday morning we understood, they said it would end by 3:30. I left the room I paid for until 4: 30. I returned hoping they were done. But to no avail the hammering continued. I went to the front desk which had a sign stating the construction would end at 3:30, it...

'Clean and comfortable. I liked the meals we had which included a great breakfast and ordered food off of the menu for dinner. Very convenient and delicious food. Bar was great and they had a happy hour which was nice. Spacious lobby to hang out and play cards was a nice bonus while we waited for our our family to join us. '

'Ok, we stayed in 306-a handicap room, the bed was directly in line with the lighted mirror that came in automatically when you walk in the bathroom. Not great at 3am. Breakfast selection was good, just not kept refilled to meet the small number of people being served. That may just be an employee thing, but integral part of moving people along and happy customers. Overall nice place to stay. Front desk was great.'

'I was there for a wedding with my daughter, son in-law, 4 year old granddaughter and 11 month grandson. Having the suite worked out very well. The breakfast was great and tasty. The property was well maintained and the staff were friendly, polite and helpful.'

'Very quiet place. The good restaurants are to be found downtown Ventura. Although the hotel is nice and quiet, the breakfast is way too overrated. It is a simple breakfast without possibility to order eggs or anything else. Even the toast machines are simple household toasters The plates are disposables like the plastic cutlery. In a Hilton hotel we expect at least metal silverware and decent plates and cups. '
