No Cleaning Fee - Condo With Waterfront Pool/Beach

Visit the most adorable seaside village! Southport, with it's picturesque waterfront, fantastic restaurants, and adorable shops, has something for everyone. When you feel like staying closer to home, the pool will be calling your name for soaking in the sun while watching the ships sail by, and your private balcony is the perfect spot to sip a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the water.

Things to know:
Studio condo + kitchen + WiFi/smart tv
Waterfront beach access + shared pool

Built in 2021, this condo is a studio with a full kitchen (excluding an oven, but there is a countertop toaster oven), granite countertop desk space for working, dining table with seating for two, two queen beds and a full bathroom with walk-in glass shower. There is also an east facing balcony with two chairs and a table, perfect to watch the morning sunrise. Air conditioning and heat provided is by an in-wall mini-split style unit. The property is right on the Cape Fear river with a resort beach, pool and patio all waterfront. It is located one half-mile to downtown, so it is a great location if you want to walk to dinner and the amazing shops and not worry about parking.

All guests will have access to the entire condominium property including beach, pool, patio and elevators. The association also puts on regularly scheduled events and guests are welcome to attend all events on the property.

Every Thursday night from late spring to early fall there are food trucks and live music scheduled on the condo patio by the pool and beach!

Please also note, while the property does have a beach, the beach is actually off of the Cape Fear River, not the Atlantic Ocean. You are welcome to swim in the water, just be mindful it can be quite rocky at times and won't be your typical ocean/beach experience. Also, there is a “beware of alligator” sign on the beach. This was put there by the condo association as a precaution as there have been alligators spotted on the beaches in Southport previously. As with any NC beach, alligators are always possible in the area but we have never seen any ourselves during any of our previous visits nor have any of our guests ever let us know about any encounters.

Lastly, please be mindful that our HOA is very strict about no smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes) within the condos or on the balcony of each condo. There are designated areas for smoking down stairs in the parking areas and by the pool/patio. Any violations in this rule will result in an additional $150 cleaning fee, as well as possible immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation.
