'My wife and I had an amazing trip staying here. (We are from Pennsylvania) from the cozy home feel of the condo to the awesome view with sunsets it will make you not want to leave. We didn’t plan any of our days out during our stay. Which make some of the best vacation experiences. The condo is in the perfect location downtown with all the local restaurants, shops, bars/clubs within 8 minute walking distance. 'The property was exactly as advertised, close to downtown and the Riverwalk, ample parking, and plenty of space to relax when we were not out exploring. We had a great time exploring Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. We will return and hope to stay here again!'

'Great location! We did not have to drive the whole week except a run to the grocery store. Which we didnt have to buy much, because so many things, like mayo, mustard and ketchup were already there. Even some coffee (it’s a Keurig by the way.) The pool is close and cleaned every day. Small glitch with the AC when we first arrived but the owners responded quickly and got it fixed the next day. So many restaurants and free entertainment within walking distance - never a dull moment in CB!'
