Chalets in Zuidelijke Buitenwijken

'Beth is een geweldige gastvrouw. Haar staff is ontzettend vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. We kregen handige en goede tips voor restaurants en winkels in de buurt, maar ook voor bijvoorbeeld whale watching cruises. De kamer was ruim, met apart zitgedeelte met mooi uitzicht. De tuin heeft ook een fijn uitzicht. De ligging is prachtig en met googlemaps goed te vinden. Al met al een dikke aanrader. '

'Whilst these rooms are effectively student accommodation and (in my case at least) the bathroom is shared by two rooms, they are excellently appointed and comfortable. They have good internet, parking, a great buffet breakfast, charming grounds, perfect for a day or two. Really helpful staff and all very clean and modern - they even have kitchen facilities. '

'I stayed at Little Scotia for two weeks. It is in a great location with quick access to the CBD, V&A, and all the nature spots like Table Mountain and the botanical gardens. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast every morning was fantastic. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cape Town.'

'Prima hotel. Bemensing receptie prima, maar bemensing restaurant “below standard”. Restaurant medewerkers slordig, niet alert, weinig vriendelijk. Gereserveerde tafel werd weggegeven aan een ander. Interne coördinatie niet goed. Gedurende diner geen aandacht voor tafelgasten. Zelf wijn inschenken. Ook kleding bedienend personeel niet in overeenstemming met status van dit verder prima en hoogstaande hotel. Per saldo een aanrader. '

'Ruime kamer met prima bedden. Bijzonder hoe deze lodge volledig halal is met bijbehorend islamitisch leesvoer. De locatie vereist wel een auto, er is weinig interessants in de buurt.'
