'Not a horrible place but the floor in our room had a hump in it running the whole length and raised about 1-1/2". Either structural damage or damage from the humidity from the pool being under the room. One of the lights was hanging off the wall. the couch bed was pretty old and not comfortable at all. Pillows were stained. Staff was great though. I didnt tell them these issues because i dont like being "that guy"'

'The staff was very nice and friendly. However, the room door didnt lock and the joining room door didnt lock either, so they had the wardrobe blocking the door just enough the next door neighbors couldn't get into our room. We definitely weren't safe from having visitors. The toilet flushed if you held it down a few times but it took some extra effort.
