'Stayed for a soccer match. Lots of dining options near by. Hotel itself was nice, breakfast was good, and felt safe. As a runner, I did not feel safe running out of the hotel in the immediate area but there were some better areas I found later that weren’t far at all (like the Cape fear River trail). '

'Friendly staff, attentive to needs. Rooms were clean and nice. Close to every food option, most walking distance. Needs were comfy. Adequate breakfast. Some bulbs out in lighted mirror on bathroom. Also need a flat bench in the right room. Other than that, excellent stay. '

'Written by the Mrs….Our stay was amazing we were able to bring our 2 dogs who are almost 10 years old, it’s hard to find places that will let us have them with us & we want them to live their best lives. They loved going for walks in the woods and our 2 1/2 year old grandson loved fishing and having his PaPa help him, while our 1 year old grandson got to play and hang out with MaMa. 'Every staff member at the hotel was friendly, helpful and so very nice. From the moment we checked in to the very last minutes when we left, we felt welcomed and valued as guests.
