B&B in South Plains

'We had a very nice spacious ground floor room with king bed and large bathroom (suite 7) in the Carriage House annex. It had a view of the main building's rear. It is a nice heritage building. Towels and shower were good. Breakfast offered freshly made hot items and home-made jam of good quality. Friendly staff. Parking in the quiet street in front of the hotel. Breakfast time between 9 and 10 am, a bit too late to our liking. The king bed was a bit too sensitive to a partner's movements in bed....

'This place was very cute and convenient right by the riverwalk. We talked to the owner and he was very nice.'

'Neat old house, like stepping back in time. Access to the property is a bit tricky per key storage but you get thru it. We stayed upstairs so lugging big bags up is a trick. Great location though and quiet. We walked to everything for the most part which was handy.'
