« We had a terrible experience with this rental. Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. It was an extremely stressful situation. Vacasa was slow, unhelpful, and disorganized, offering little support when it mattered most. The house was beautiful and spacious and had everything you could want, fireplace, hot tub, sauna, game room, temp control, clean, modern, trails nearby for the dog and a short 10 minute drive to Mount Snow.
