Clean, room for my family, and great location. Walking distance to everything. Beach ia only 5 minute walk. Only thing it is their biggest unit and wasn't ready for early check in. I think 4 is very late check in. Stove had some issues otherwise we had a great stay. Will go back.

Place was perfect for our group and close to the event we were in town for. Description says 2 queen beds in 1 room, that is not true. There are only 5 beds. Had a few issues with the room keys and coffee pot not working but staff was very helpful. Would recommend!

Our stay was perfect! Roger was an amazing host—super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The house was exactly as pictured, and the local recommendations provided by the front desk which were a huge help. Check-in was a breeze, and we really appreciated the stay.

It’s hard to get in contact with someone that can assist with the booksThe listing does state it sleep 10 individual and also that it has 6 beds unfortunately the cabin only had 5 beds

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay in Lake Tahoe! The place was serene, clean, and surrounded by stunning natural beauty — from crystal-clear waters to breathtaking mountain views. We especially loved our mornings by the lake and the peaceful walks around Emerald Bay. The weather was perfect, and the atmosphere was just what we needed for a refreshing family getaway.

Check in was easy. Unit was large enough for all of us and beds were comfortable. Some rooms were updated while others needed updating. That being said it was reasonable and cozy.

Check in was smooth, property was clean, plenty of space to spread out. The only issue we ran into was with parking. We had 3 vehicles and were only allowed to park 1 on property, even though parking spots were available. Overall good place, will consider staying again.

5 Stars – Perfect Family Getaway

We rented this spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bath cabin for a family trip (8 adults plus a baby), and it was fantastic. The location couldn’t be better—right on a hotel property with plenty of parking, walking distance to the water and the village. The cabin itself was very roomy, comfortable, and well-equipped for a large group. Overall, a very good experience. We will definitely be back!

Cozy cabin. Clean rooms and beds, clean towels. Kitchen was ok. A couple of burners not working. Check-in staff could be more friendly. Door to the upstairs bedrooms was locked. Had to make a trip back to the office and had to wait till they opened it.

Very Friendly intake staff! But property Needs upgrades . Numerous Cabinet doors loose and broken . Tubs discolored and warped from temporary fixes. Laundry room for the entire complex is in attic of the house and is very distracting and loud all day . Wouldn’t stay again

Check in was so easy. Finding our place was easier as the front desk gave us map. The cabin is very clean and organized. Little outdated and could use updates to make it a perfect stay. Staffs are accommodating. Didn’t have issue with WiFi. And the facility itself is easy to navigate. Will definitely come back!

Was great location Pleanty of towels for people, I know the house is old definitely need to replace the toilets and refrigerator. Extra Trash bags could be supplied , basic baggies and plastic wrap,tin foil.

Honestly the location is fabulous! You can walk to the casinos and the water! The beds were decent and it was clean for the most part! But it was definitely run down! Cabinets are beat up, cracks in tile in floor and in the showers, the bathrooms were very small also! All in all the space was nice and it served its purpose but just a little more rundown than I expected!

The property is in an awesome location. It's just a couple minute walk to all of the attractions of state line. Not having to pay for parking at the casinos was great. You can also walk to the Lakeside dock area to go to the beach, rental stores, or restaurants. The property itself was spacious, with 5 bedrooms, a dining room/living room combo area and a full kitchen if you wanted to prepare meals. TVs in every room with modern streaming capabilities were great. Small drawbacks include a somewhat dated property, but we were there to experience the outdoors not the inside and also the facility's laundry setup is directly under you, so you can hear the water running through the walls pretty loudly in the morning whenever they start their work. Overall a great experience, would stay again

On our only one night, at 3am a drunk man came banging on our door and luckily since the chain on the door was not working and broken before we checked in, my father was sleeping in the living room and was the first person to hear and fight off the intruder outside the house. The banging escalated quickly to kicking the door and slamming his body against the by ramming it. Three grown men and two women could not fight him off therefore, we called the police and only the police could take him in custody. Please call the local police to obtain a police report. We were all frightened and scared that he had a gun or a knife and none of us could sleep and we checked out without having done any activities the day before since we arrived before 6pm and also the day off we returned home. Since this was a very expensive property I request a full refund of 514 plus 64 service fee!…Alison, the property is run down with the cabinets, fridge and microwave not working, dishwasher door broken, and nothing was stocked in the kitchen for basic use…very disappointing experience!…check police report!

Could be good for the right group

This cabin wasn't really what were were expecting - but it certainly could be an awesome deal for the right people.First - it's part of a motel. Caught us by surprise and came with a few downsides. Biggiest issue was zero communication from the host. We never received check-in instructions, so I messaged him twice the day of our arrival and he never responded. When we figured out that it was on the motel property we checked in with the front desk. Shortly after our check-in time I called the host to confirm we were at the correct property - he answered the phone and we were good to go.The front desk wanted a credit card for incidentals (which is actually on the property description, but odd for a VRBO cabin listing) and wanted to charge us another pet fee. They didn't charge us again when I showed them the VRBO receipt, but just be aware. Other issues: parking is very limited - especially for a 5 bedroom cabin. The wifi/password that is posted in the cabin isn't correct (front desk has a good one). They provide a full size coffee pot, but stock the kitchen with motel style single serve coffee products (not really an issue, just kind of silly). Kitchen has a dishwasher but no detergent. Stove top smoked initially when turned on. There is a motel washer/dryer downstairs....dryer was broken. All said - still 4 stars because at this price point, with 5 rooms, and 2 blocks from the village it would be a great deal for someone. Just a lot of room for improvement.
