« Arrived late to our VRBO, found cleanliness to be poor. Listing was listed a no pets, found pet and human hair throughout, however worst was all the bedding, sheets and pillows. Housekeeping did come with fresh sheets at 10pm. Management had no consideration to even a partial refund, or moving us to another room. Communication slow and non accommodating. Not sure why they couldn't at lease remove my cleaning fee, when it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. »

« Communication with the host was excellent. And she made sure the house was accessible after a big snowstorm. The driveway was plowed and the stairs and entry porch were shoveled. The house was exactly as advertised - cozy and warm. Perfect for a couple or a family with kids. »
