'The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear the traffic outside and, of course, your neighbors. Whether this is a problem depends on the individual. However, it's otherwise a great hotel, within walking distance of the trolley station. There's a shopping center within walking distance, and a good restaurant next to the hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful, which is why this hotel deserves so many stars in our opinion.'

'The Hotel is fine but the add on fees are rediculous. Im sick of the high add on fees at a lot of properties these days. In addition, its annoying that you cant self park. You have to pay for and tip for valet parking. They dont give you any other option, but the parking ui all literally within 50 yards of the valet stand. It was inconvenient and then to have to pay for that inconvenience is just adding salt. This was my second stay but I wont be returning, nor will I be recommending it to any...

'Geweldig uitzicht op pier en oceaan. Strand voor de deur. Kamers zijn mooi ingericht en geluiddicht. Tophotel, waarbij nu eens niet de lobby, maar de kamer zelf fantastisch is. Te vaak is de lobby fraai maar de kamer waardeloos, hier dus niet. Er zit een goed restaurant in het hotel, met uitzicht op zee. Personeel is zeer aardig en efficiënt.'

'Cheap thin towels in bathroom. Shower floor extremely slippery. Front desk kept giving out wrong info. Seemed bothered by us answering straightforward questions. Pluses: great view and location. Servers during breakfast and valet staff were very nice and helpful.'
