'We only stayed for one night before an early flight home, but this was the perfect hotel. The rooms were lovely and spacious, and it was obvious they’d been recently refurbished. Some of our party checked out the pool and said it was great. All the staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. My only negatives, and they’re not the end of the world - during checkin it seemed excessive to want passports and details of all guests - other properties usually just want it for the lead...

'Prima locatie, vlak bij de bushalte vanaf de luchthaven. Locatie zelf is net voldoende afgelegen om niet in de volle drukte te verblijven. Binnen 1 minuut ben je in de winkelstraatjes en kun je genieten van alle horecavoorzieningen. Scooterverhuur LocoWheels net om de hoek. Fietsverhuur op 10 minuten loopafstand. In het appartement zelf is alles netjes, schoon en op verzoek wordt er iedere dag schoongemaakt. Ruim voldoende servies en bestek voor 2 personen, alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig....

'The apartments are really good. Clean, well equipped with great management.. The pool area is small, but really nice and the rooftop view is terrific. The staff are super helpful and always available to help. The area is a mix of high end and run down, but its 5 minutes from the harbor road and 10 minutes walk from the castle. Its a 20-25 minute walk to the cathedral, but there are buses that stop right outside for just 2 Euros. A taxi to town is 8-9 euros (unless you try Uber which can be...

'Excellent two bedroom apartment in excellent location. Conveniently located just across from the cathedral and at the bottom of one of the main streets in Palma town. The accommodation is light and spacious. Fitted out very well. Both bathrooms are very modern and everything in the apartment is super clean and of good quality. Even the entrance way up to the apartment is nice. I would stay here again and definitely recommend as a good base for exploring Palma. We also had coffee pods provided...

'Great stay for a great price. Communication was clear and thorough. Location was perfection! However, it was insanely loud and busy. We had a woman yelling all day and night. As it's in the centre of the city, we just had to put up with it. We spent the whole day and night out and about. It was just a lot when it came to night time sleep. Although the noise was bad, the location was great. And the apartment was beautiful. Free water and cola in the fridge. Huge comfortable bed. Super clean...

"Helaas is dit hotel echt wel afgeleefd. Overal zie je gebruiksschade die de staat van het gebouw onderschrijft. In mijn kamer waren de deur van de kamer en de badkamer aan vervanging toe. De klink van de badkamer bleef op haar plaats dank zij een tandenstoker. Van de verlichting op de kamer werkte minder dan de helft. Douchen lukte wanneer ik de douchekop in de houder vasthield, anders lag die op de grond. Het personeel daarentegen verdient echt wel een pluim. Zij staan de klanten echt ter dienst."
