Cottages in Sligo

'This cottage was absolutely perfect! Cozy and clean. A well equipped kitchen. We made several day trips to Sligo, the Aran Islands, and most of the Wild Atlantic Way. Yes, it was a drive…but this cottage was so comfy to come back to each night!'

'The cottage is very cute and gives the experience of an authentic Irish country cottage however it wasn’t as tidy as a renter should expect and we had issues with the hot water and radiator heat the entire time of our stay. We addressed the issues with the owner and he tried to rectify the hot water and heating but we never had consistency the entirety of our stay. We also brought up the tidiness issue right away, we cleaned up ourselves, and he said he would address it with his housekeeping...

'A family stay in Ballyboy View for the first time. Ideal rural location with easy access (short drive) to Manorhamilton town. All you should need provided for in the house, with a starter pack of teas and soda bread. Ideal for a short family stay with children. It’s highlight is the gorgeous 360 degree views of lovely Leitrim - although I’m bias, as my family are from the local area! :-))'

'Very cosy place. Warm welcome by Chris, the owner. A nice place to return to. The Sligo area has so much to offer that we did not manage all we had been looking forward to. The nature around Sligo is stunning. We very much enjoyed our walks to Coney Island, the Devil’s Chimney or the hike to Queen Maeve‘s grave. Also the Strandhill people’s market at Sligo airport was lovely, with artist Tony Osborne‘s display of outstanding paintings. 5 stars for both Chris‘ cottage and the Sligo area'

'Had a great stay at St Angela's, very comfy with beautiful seroundings, no breakfast or deli was a bit of a let down, still a great staycation. '

'Patrick is a fantastic host. he was so accommodating. He even facilitated our early check-in as well. Clear instructions were provided to the home, use of utilities, the management of the bins and everything else. The house was in a mint condition. Netflix, Toys, cable TV were all available for kids' entertainment as well. Wifi with good quality available. The house is much better in reality compared to the images on the website.
